Job Search:
 We first try to match candidates to job openings we are currently trying to fill. If there isn’t a fit, we can work with candidates and, using our own in-house research and extensive contacts, find opportunities that match your practice area, geographic preferences, and personal preferences.

Resume Editing: We edit your resume so that vital information regarding your practice experience is comprehensive, accurate, and well presented.

Business Plan Editing: We assist law firm partners in writing and editing business plans in order to clearly present the value they represent to potential employers.

Interview Preparation and Feedback: We provide you an unbiased briefing on the clients with which you will have interviews and provide you feedback on your interviews.

What We Don’t Do

We don’t:

  • Send information about you to employers without your permission
  • Encourage you to consider employers that lack a commitment to diversity

Help Us Assist You

Associates: If you are applying for an associate position we’ve posted, please be able to provide, in addition to your resume, your law school transcript, a writing sample, and a list of employers to which your resume has already been submitted. Please indicate on your resume where you’re admitted to practice.  We cannot offer much, if any, assistance to law school graduates who are not licensed to practice, so please indicate on your resume where you are admitted to practice or if you are awaiting bar results.

Of Counsel and Partners: If you are applying for a partner or of counsel position we’ve posted, please be willing to provide us a list of employers to which you have already submitted your resume, your average billing rate, your annual billable hours for the last two years, and the amount of your book of business, if any. We will be more than willing to assist you in writing a business plan for confidential submission to our clients.
